Seeking a consultant radiologist specialising in abdominal and pelvic radiology for a full time permanent contract with a tertiary hospital in New Zealand's North Island. Competitive compensation with relocation support and visa sponsorship.

Position highlights 
  • a tertiary referral and teaching hospital located 90 minutes drive from Auckland
  • world-class facilities, with cutting-edge technology and equipment
  • scope of work includes interpreting and reporting imaging studies from CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray and MRI.
  • reporting a broad mix of complex clinical cases within your area of expertise hepatobiliary/pancreas, urology, gynaecology, gastrointestinal diseases.
  • workload will also include general radiology and acute imaging.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, teach registrars, and be involved with the continual development of high standards within the department.
  • 40 hour working week plus on call duties

Requirements
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) or an equivalent qualification and be eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ).
  • Fellowship in abdominal / pelvic radiology

Remuneration
  • salary and allowances NZD 200,000 - 450,000 PA DOE

  • study leave and allowance of NZD 16K pa
  • 6 weeks paid vacation PA
