- includes rotations in General Medicine, Cardiology, Haematology, Medical Oncology, Medical Reliever, Dermatology, Renal, Respiratory, Geriatrics, Rheumatology, Palliative Care, Diabetes and Neurology.
- hospital has an extensive and very well-developed Physician Basic Training Program, with an established mentorship system involving Senior Residents and SMOs.
- teaching is geared towards preparation for the RACP Exams (both Written and Clinical)
- intensive schedule of didactic lectures, bedside clinical coaching sessions (for Long and Short Cases) and a Mock Written and Clinical Exam for our trainees sitting the RACP Exam.
- Many SMOs (many of them are current RACP Clinical Examiners) and Senior Residents who are committed to the education program and well-being of junior doctors.
- 40 hour week plus on call rota
